Q: How do I get paid?

A: We come directly to you with cash in hand for your upgraded, brand new phone.

Q: Should I open the phone I get?

A: No, please leave the phone sealed. If it is opened we may not be able to give you the maximum amount of money.

Q: What if I don’t see my phone listed as one that you are currently buying?

A: Please use the contact now button and send us a message. Include exactly what phone you have and what condition it is in. We will contact you back shortly.

Q: Is it legal to sell you my upgrade phone?

A: Yes, it is 100% legal. Once you upgrade your phone you own that phone. It is your right through the carrier to upgrade your phone every 2 years.

Q: Do I need to change my cell phone plan?

A: No, nothing on your account needs to change. You will never be activating the new phone you get.

Q: What if I have more then 1 phone line available to upgrade? Will you buy more then 1?

A: Yes we will buy as many brand new phones as you have.

Q: How long will this program be going on for in my area?

A: Please check back often on the website for future days and times we will be back in your area. If you don’t see a date please feel free to use the contact us tab to send us a message letting us know what phone you might have to sell us.

Q: Can I go into my local wireless carrier location and get my upgraded phone there to sell back to you?

A: Yes, you can go to any local carrier store to take advantage of you upgrade there.  You just ned to tell them that you want the charge billed to your account and that you don’t want them to activate the new phone for you.

Q: What if I am not eligible for an upgrade right now?

A: Please still fill out the form letting us know when you will become eligible for your upgraded phone.  We will do our best to work with you to get the cash in your hand for your phone!
